From Natasha Paramita Windura collection on Jogja Fashion Week 2011, she tried to bring back what she called “Hollywood black and white movies” inspiration into her design. Flashback to cowboy’s era and titanic. When head accessories and gloves were the trends.
Jogja Fashion Week 2011, Swinging Boots
In Jogja Fashion Week 2011, taken from Dana
Raharja’s Collections inspired by funky 60’s style with bright color
dominations, very cheerful and adorable. But what we love from the collection is the boots, we knew that in any
fashion trend boots always have a special place, boots never die. With some
traditional motif of batik on the boots that makes the boots fresh and
beautiful. The winter is about to come, so it’s time for you to prepare and
choose your next boots, well here are some nice boots for you and enjoy.
Inspired by 60’s
funky with traditional Indonesia Batik Motif.

From Russia Into Jogja Fashion Week 2011 : Natalya Knerik
Russian designer Natalya Knerik has joined
in Jogja Fashion Week runaway, she blended local tradition of Indonesia into
her design. She brought her element (Keshte) a very traditional hand
embroidery from Turkmen and then combine it with Batik from Indonesia and other
Indonesia’s traditional fabric. The result is tough look design but elegant,
take a look.
The
design is simple but the embroidery was authentic, dense with local feeling.
Without the tunic I think it will be more modern and present
